THE QUICK FAMILY · 6 APPS

Small apps for getting work done on Mac, iPad and iPhone, all speaking the same language

Each app does one thing: follow delegated work, triage mail, take notes, reach a folder, draw an org chart, log hours. You can tell them by the orange square.

EXAMPLE · ORGQUICK

The text is the document. Everything else is recomputed.

Indentation sets the hierarchy, :: separates name and role, # opens a group, > places an assistant to the side. There are no boxes to drag.

PRINCIPLES · 4

01

One thing only

Each app solves one problem and stops there. Anything else is another app.

02

Your data stays yours

Text files, your folder, your iCloud space. Wherever possible there is no account and no tracking.

03

Keyboard first

Frequent actions have a key. The mouse is for the rest.

04

A single accent

Orange marks the action that moves work forward. Green, amber and red only ever show status.
